During my formative years as a tradesman, I was fortunate to have someone point me in the direction that not only changed my life, but it also changed my business.
The impact those skills had, and still have, are just as valuable as the technical skills I acquired over my career. They allowed the company and team to advance forward in a saturated market where there was no standard.
My drive and purpose now is to share those skills, strategies and lessons to improve the standard, perception and the appreciation of the men and women that build this country.

The tradesman experience… I’ve been in the trades for just about 20 years and this last year decided to finally start out on my own venture. Me and josh talked briefly when I was working up in Nevada about the business coaching and when I left Nevada thought about it but got caught up in my own day to day stuff.
